When a connection to the reproduction points is not available, but you want the content to update dynamically, AraCast Digital Signage Suite has an option for automatically and transparently managing any number of players connected to the internet, without the need to configure routers, open ports or contract additional services with your internet provider. To configure a system of this type the following is required:
- An AraCastDesigner licence, suitable for managing any number of players.
- An optional AraCastControl
- An AraCastPlayerLite capable of playing PAL/480p videos and HDMI/DVI-composite or component outputs.
- An AraCastNetwork licence that allows you to configure the players’ remote connections. You can use your own FTP server or acquire the hosting and distribution service and thereby forget about the rest.
With these two components you will be able to create and reproduce patterns on which you will be able to include videos, images, rectangles, static or scrolling text, slide shows, Power Point files and sources of RSS news.
You can combine any number of Lite or HD players for different types of presentation devices and you will not need to design different patterns for each output resolution. The system will be made by you.
The hosting and distribution service ensures 99.9% availability and security of your content with a per GB cost that is less than any web server.
